- Build the leadership capacity of government and civil society institutions as well other stakeholders at local, national and regional level
- Implement social and economic projects and disseminate best global practices to be replicated and translated into local policy recommendations
- Monitor and assess progress in economic, social and human development at local and national levels for global comparison and understanding in order to generate successful change recommendations
- Advocate, lobby and raise awareness to support Albania’s and Regional development on a worldwide basis.
- Manage cultural, social, economic and political diversity in a way that allows all members of the society to grow and develop, and to personally participate in positive change initiatives.
